1、目前中国的期货发育还不完善，特别是金融期货，存在一定的制度上缺陷的风险。
2、杠杆作用很大，所以，现货市场价格的轻微波动对其影响巨大。如果现货市场价格波动对其不利，就必须追加保证金。如不追加，则被强行平仓，损失巨大。
3、期货是对未来现货市场的投资或规避风险，未来现货市场价格的不确定性使期货投资难以把握。
4、挂单的不即时性。和股票一样，只有别人接你的单那你才能卖出或买进，当成交量小时，很可能无法交易。
