人民币中间价调贬124个基点，机构称升值上限或在6.5左右
11月5日，人民币兑美元中间价报6.6895，下调124点。上一交易日中间价报6.6771，在岸人民币上一交易日收报6.7138。
Wind数据显示，离岸人民币对美元汇率11月4日报收6.6214元，较前收盘价涨589点，盘中最高涨至6.6206元，续创2018年7月中旬以来新高。5日亚市早盘，离岸人民币走势震荡，截至发稿，报6.6365元。
对于后续人民币汇率走势，平安证券认为，当前人民币升值已经接近充分，升值的上限或在6.5左右。中长期看，尚不能断言美元进入了长期走弱周期，但倘若如此，人民币汇率的波动中枢将出现升值。政策上看，中国仍将面临资本持续流入的可能，人民币汇率升值的支持因素仍多。因此，需要对人民币汇率走强做好政策预备，增加波动弹性而非加重单边预期应是政策的重中之重。
东京三菱日联银行报告认为，预计人民币的波动性将在11月增加。不过仍预计人民币中期会升值，至年底人民币大概率在6.6-6.9区间波动，但未来一年人民币将可能升至6.55。
