近期多部委明确表态 “十四五”规划将重点布局这些领域
①工信部部长肖亚庆表示，工信部将高质量编制“十四五”期间大数据、软件、信息通信等产业规划，推动5G大规模的商用部署；
②农业农村部副部长刘焕鑫表示，目前正在组织编制“十四五”农业农村发展规划，重点围绕高标准农田、现代种业、仓储保鲜冷链物流设施、数字农业农村、动植物疫病防控、重大科学基础设施等方面；
③科学技术部高新技术司司长秦勇表示，在“十四五”高新技术发展的规划布局上，大力发展以智能技术和量子技术为特征的新一代高新技术；
④工信部在关于政协十三届全国委员会第三次会议第2524号提案答复的函中表示，积极考虑将5G、集成电路、生物医药等重点领域纳入“十四五”国家专项规划，有力有效解决“卡脖子”问题。
