启汇说油： 利比亚复产影响减产协议，疫情反扑打压市场买需
昨日开盘后油价持续下挫，主要还是受到了基本面的催化。尽管欧佩克强烈呼吁减产，以致维稳油市行情，但疫情恶化打压市场买需，利比亚解除了不可抗力，将在4周内提升产量从50万桶/日至100万桶/日。油市在供需关系上一直处于失衡的状态，以此油价难以在短周期内出现较大的提振。
技术面来看，美油前交易日延续上周跌势，日线收阴，今日亚盘时段价格止跌回调。H4级别RSI持续运行于超卖区域附近，鳄鱼线仍在空头排列之中，短线趋势仍有偏下行风险。但MACD下行动能出现减弱，双线开口收窄，日内有一定的回调需求。目前关注39.3位置水平阻力作用，价格在阻力下方保持短线看空思路不变。
今日交易建议：
日内交易保持此前高空思路不变，入场点位建议在39.3-39.8，止损40.1，目标看向36.8支撑位置。
