韵达、申通、圆通联手封杀极兔速递 后者疑搞价格战
10月19日，韵达在内网发布了《关于全网禁止代理极兔业务的通知》，正式封杀极兔。
通知提到，韵达快递下属加盟公司(含承包区)不得以任何理由、任何形式加盟极兔网络及承包区；揽派两端不得以任何理由、任何形式代理极兔快递业务。
针对已流入转运环节的极兔快件，由分拨中心严格把关，取证并上报，按问题件处理，子以原单退回。
据多家通达系加盟商透露，此前，申通、圆通已发布类似通知。“极兔正在发起倾销，我们准备应战。”

资料显示，极兔速递成立于2015年8月，是东南亚头部电商快递公司，创始人李杰以前为OPPO印尼公司创始人。
极兔速递官网称，极兔在全球目前拥有超过170个大型转运中心、近15万名员工，业务已经覆盖中国、印度尼西亚、越南、马来西亚、泰国、菲律宾、柬埔寨及新加坡八个国家，服务全球近20亿人口。
值得一提的是，拼多多是极兔快递的主要客户之一，而拼多多创始人黄峥是步步高创始人段永平的门徒之一，黄峥与李杰关系匪浅，外界也将极兔视作“拼多多”系。
