今天体会到了“证悟”，体会到了交易就是不急不躁，按交易规则一条一条做。比如日元的锁仓，如果急躁的跟进，在剧烈震荡时就会来回亏损多次。
交易本身并不复杂，不要花费精力在那些与交易无关的事情上，比如看新闻。
