还是得提振内需拉动经济

 从此前消费动辄两位数的增长,到近年实际增速逐渐与GDP趋同,一定程度上说明居民消费欲望有所下降。而要让中国经济稳定增长,深挖内需潜力、提振居民消费就显得十分必要。且中国作为全球第二大经济体,要实现经济持续发展,未来必然要走向内需型经济,如今又面临贸易保护主义抬头的国际环境,提振内需拉动经济就更为迫切。提振内需,无疑需要从居民消费意愿和消费能力两方面着手。一方面,需从提升产品和服务质量着力。中国产品质量水平近年总体不断提升,但仍然存在部分产品和服务档次偏低,出口商品国际竞争力不强,缺乏世界知名品牌和跨国企业。特别是在近年消费升级和分级的背景下,弊端暴露尤为明显。以汽车消费为例,虽然近两年整体呈现下降态势,但豪华车和品质口碑较好的日系车却逆势上行,国产品牌则总体下滑明显。
