OPEC+ sticks with its exist plan, which would increase 400,000 barrels per day of crude oil supply. The U.S. Energy Department reported that the latest crude-oil inventories dropped 7.2 million barrels, compared to a reduction of 3.088 million barrels expected, to 425.4 million barrels.
